Police are attempting to track a man wanted in connection with around a dozen burglaries in which thousands of pounds worth of silver and jewellery were stolen.

Sussex Police want to speak with 22-year old Christopher Heron in connection with a spate of burglaries around Cocking, Pulborough, Steyning, Midhurst and Petworth in November last year.

Detectives believe that Heron, whose last known address was in Cranleigh, Surrey and who is described as white, 6'1", with blue eyes, a tanned complexion with brown hair could be in Sussex.

Anyone with information should contact Sussex Police on 101 quoting Operation Bear.
