Trading Standards officers say scam census emails have been circulating around Sussex in recent weeks.
One appears to be from the Treasury saying the recipient has qualified for a £1,000 grant, and the other says it is from the Population Census. Both try to obtain personal information which may then allow financial details to be stolen.
