Two people seriously injured in West Sussex crash

Two people were left with serious injuries following a collision.

Police were called to the A272 Trotton, near Chichester, at around 3.40pm on Saturday following a report of a two-vehicle collision.

A black Jaguar and a silver Suzuki collided causing serious injuries to the two drivers and slight injuries to a passenger in the Jaguar.

The 71-year-old driver of the Jaguar and the 47-year-old driver of the Fiesta were taken to St Richard's Hospital, Chichester.

The 63-year-old Jaguar passenger was also taken to St Richard's Hospital for treatment to minor injuries.

Anyone with information regarding the collision is asked to contact Sussex Police on 101 quoting serial 972 of 11/2.

Including "gaffers" Police & Emergency Services we must be getting upwards to 8-9 at least.

Seriously though, I did wonder myself why at first a Suzuki was mention, then a Fiesta. Maybe Journalistic Freedom? ^^
