Plea for witnesses over attack in Lewes

A 33-year-old man suffered head injuries when he was attacked on a night out in Lewes.
The man, from Glynde, was injured between High Street and Fisher Street, Lewes, on Sunday, April 1.
Police arrested a 29-year-old man on suspicion of assault but released him on bail and are only now appealing for witnesses to the attack.
Officers want to speak to anyone who saw an argument or attack in Lincoln’s Bar, High Street, Lewes, or nearby, between 1am and 1.15am that morning.
