Man charged with widower murder

A man has been charged with the murder of a 40-year-old widower who was found stabbed to death at his seaside flat.
Joel Elliott, 22, is accused of killing Jeffrey Burrows at his home in Norfolk Square, Brighton, where he lived alone.
Elliott, of North Road, Brighton, has been held in custody and will appear before magistrates in the city today, Sussex Police said.
A post-mortem examination confirmed that Mr Burrows died from stab wounds.
