Caravan burned out in woods

A caravan was abandoned and deliberately set alight in woodland.

Fire crews were called to woods near the Bewbush Manor roundabout near Horsham at around 6pm yesterday.

A fireman said: “It must have been arson. It took us around an hour with two engines to eventually put the flames out.”

two appliances took nearly an hour to put the fire out, what did they do barbecue the sausages first or was it something to do with top gears love of caravans

Perhaps they had to locate the fire, see if there were any bodies, ensure water supply to a remote area, check for gas cannisters or other dangerous/toxic substances .... whatever, before risking life & limb to put out the fire. A good outcome made in a sober, sensible, professional manner.
THEY DON'T NEED IDIOTIC COMMENTS FROM PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHEN THEY HAVE THE IDIOTS WHO STARTED THE CONFLAGRATION TO CONTEND WITH.

I like conflagrations: they're just like fires, only with more letters thrown in for effect.
