More sponsors are lining up to support a major awards ceremony. HSBC Bank will sponsor The Award for International Business of the Year in the Sussex Business Awards.

Clive Smith, international commercial manager, said: “We are excited to be involved with the Sussex Business Awards. As a large multinational business we are committed to helping smaller local businesses achieve their international growth aspirations using our global network. This award will enable us to recognise and celebrate those local businesses in Sussex who have achieved success in the international marketplace.”

Organiser Caraline Brown, from Midnight Communications, said: “The quality of the businesses sponsoring awards is outstanding and to have a global brand like HSBC involved high lights the credibility of this year’s scheme for Sussex.”

HSBC Bank joins a list of exceptional sponsors for this year’s Awards including Domestic & General, Deloitte, Sussex Innovation Centre, Morgan Sindall, Morrisons Solicitors, The Argus, Sussex Life and Juice 107.

The Sussex Business Awards are the longest established scheme of its kind in the county. This year will mark the twenty fourth anniversary of the competition.

The awards ceremony will launch in Brighton, Crawley and Eastbourne in June when companies will be invited to submit their nominations online at/www.sbawards.org.uk.
