THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS ROAD TAX! YOU PAY FOR THE UPKEEP OF THE ROADS IN YOUR COMMUNITY CHARGE, WHICH EVERYONE PAYS, INCLUDING CYCLISTS OTHERWISE YOU ARE UP IN FRONT OF THE MAGISTRATE FOR NON PAYMENT. THE DISC YOU PAY FOR IS VEHICLE EXCISE DUTY WHICH IS THE TAX ON YOUR ENGINE. THIS MONEY DOES NOT GO FOR THE UPKEEP OF THE ROADS. Does shouting at you help you understand!
