Pedestrian hurt in collision with car

A pedestrian was taken to hospital after being hit by a car.
The woman was crossing Wilson Avenue in Brighton at around 8.15am today.
She suffered a cut and a bump to her head and was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital to be checked over.
The driver of the car was unhurt.
