7:42am Tuesday 10th July 2012 in News
A skip was set alight on the driveway of a home.
Firefighters from Roedean Fire Station were called to the blaze at the front of a home in Longridge Avenue in Saltdean at just before 00.45am this morning.
Crews spent around three quarters of an hour dousing the flames with water and managed to contain any damage to the skip.
Firefighters say the fire is being treated as suspicious.

It toook "crews" 45 minutes to extinguish a single skip? What did they do, try and blow it out like a candles on a birthday cake? The headline for this one should be "Roedean Firefighters in Brazen Overtime Scam"
.....Except they are a FULL TIME shift station, so no overtime at all!!
Loser!
