Police hunt bearded man after slash attack
Officers are hunting a bearded man who punched and slashed a 32-year-old as he was putting out his bins.
Police have released an Efit of a suspect they want to speak to in connection with the attack in East Grinstead High Street on July 14 between 8am and 9am.
The victim was approached by the man who punched him and left him with two slash marks on his arm from an unknown weapon.
He managed to push the suspect away and got back into his flat.
The man is described as white, approximately 5' 10", between 35-40 and with a distinctive goatee beard.
If you recognise him or have any information call police on 101 quoting serial 768 of 14/7 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
