A danger to others as well as herself hope she's never allowed to drive again
A compulsery retest every 5 years after 70 would stop this

As people of all ages are involved in crashes and therefore a danger to themselves and others, should they be prevented from driving again. Perhaps all drivers should be tested every five years.

If as you suggest a re-test, every 5 years there'll need to be another100-000 examiners, another 100-000, 8 page booklets of forms too fill in, which should require another 10-000 printers and 10-000 too oversee the the correctness of the forms and so on and so on,.
That should add at least 200-000 or more civil servants for the taxpayer to find wages for, not forgeting another 40-000 driving instructors.
That should get the unemployment figures down for the Tories to boast about.
Hopefully you'll soon think of a name, I'm sure thinking of some right now!!!
