Ukulele players get record deal after being spotted on Brighton beach
5:00pm Saturday 11th August 2012 in News
Two tiny guitar players signed a record deal after being spotted on Brighton beach.
Ukulele players Logan Wilson and Martha Paton, of Hastings, met fellow miniature guitarist Martha at the Great Escape Festival and the pair began busking together on the beach.
Whilst strumming away they were spotted by music producers Nick Patrick and Jeff Chegwin and immediately signed to The Soldiers' record label.
Now known as The Ukuleles, they are the county's first ukulele pop group to get a record deal.

Why are the calling themselves The Ukuleles when they play tiny guitars? Not the same instruments at all...
So the story is quite accurate saying they are playing tiny guitars!
