Cyclist hurt in A27 crash

A cyclist was seriously hurt after being involved in a collision with a taxi.
The accident happened on the A27 Old Shoreham Road, Lancing, near the junction with Grinstead Lane.
The cyclist, a 38-year-old local man, was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton following the accident at 2am on
Saturday.
The taxi driver, a 58-year-old man from Rustington, was treated for minor injuries.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
