Man punched in unprovoked Hastings attack

A man was left with a bloody nose after an unprovoked attack in Hastings.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the assault on a 21-year-old man from St Leonards who was punched in Bohemia Road, Hastings on Friday August 10.
The victim was walking past Summerfields Leisure Centre towards Silverhill when the attack happened at 2.40am.
Two men and two women were walking in the opposite direction. One of the men stopped the victim, asked him about his phone, then punched him on the nose.
The suspect is described as a white man, aged 18 to 20, 5' 11" of slim build and with short hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to call 101 quoting serial 1411 of 10/8. Alternatively, call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
