Driver injured in Handcross tree crash

A man was seriously injured last night when his car came off the road and smashed into a tree.
The accident happened on the B2110 near Handcross at around midnight.
The driver had to be cut out of the car by firefighters and was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
His young son in the back seat was unhurt.
