How is it that unemployed homeless people can afford knives for non eating purposes, when many of the tax paying working community have to make do?

It was probably a discarded plastic fork from a seafront eatery.

How do you know this was a "homophobic" attack?!

If the 60 year old was coming on to the straight 30 year old who is homeless, therefore was probably asleep at the time (was he sexually molested, raped by the 60 year old?) then the gay one got exactly what he deserved.

Did I miss something in this report that deserved that sort of response??

It just doesn't seem right that the unemployed have more disposable income than those in employment; how can that be?

Also, is that why the dogs are being abandoned, after each of these people gets locked up there is a spare dog?
