Dog walker attacked by teenagers in Worthing

A dog walker was punched to the ground and had her bag stolen by a topless teenager and his mate.
A Worthing woman in her 20s was attacked by two males as she walked her dog in Longcroft Park, Worthing at about 10am on Saturday.
The men snatched her satchel bag containing personal items including a mobile phone and ran off via a cut through on the north east corner of the park leading out to Hildon Park.
The suspects are both described as white and teenagers, one with light fair hair and about 5'1" while the other was spotty and about 5'6" to 5"8.
Anyone with information should contact Sussex Police via 101 quoting serial 0625 of 15/9.

I actually hope the robbers die choking on the semen of a male rapist, but I am not allowed to say things like this on here so use only those words as an example.

The fact is that it was not like this 20 or 30 years ago. As an example, B&H was a much safer place and one could walk the streets at night without much concern.
The Police have failed in their duty to protect the public. Their presence on the streets of Britain is virtually nil.
The only solution is night and day patrols by foot in a local beat capacity. The community Police must be scrapped and the government must pull its finger out and increase sentencing for serious and repeat offenders and build more prisons if necessary. We must have Police seen on the streets again in large numbers, it's the only way.

So what I will say is they are a victim as much as the woman.
They live a life with no future, a product of Thatcher's Britain, probably picked on their entire life by the police and teachers. No doubt they have an undiagnosed conditions affecting their mental wellbeing and due to discrepencies in health care have notreceived the care they deserve.
We must all believe that these boys do not warrant such a life and if caught, they receive some work based training and a holiday to get over the obvious ordeal of them mugging the poor lady. It was harder for the youths, honest.
