Fire at Crawley shed containing gas cylinder

A shed containing gas cylinders was badly damaged in a fire.
West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service were inundated with calls about the fire in an outdoor storage unit at the back of a home in Finsbury Close, Crawley at about 1am this morning.
Firefighters removed one LPG gas cylinder from the shed and cooled it using a portable dam.
Crews attended the blaze, which caused significant damage to the shed, for more than an hour.
