Council bin lorry gutted in early morning blaze

A bin lorry was gutted in a blaze today.

The lorry was destroyed following the 3.45am fire in Stane Street, Chichester.

It belonged to Chichester District Council Waste Management.

A West Sussex Fire and Rescue spokesman said at the state the cause of the fire was unknown and that fire investigators were due to attend.
