Pedestrian struck by vehicle in Hailsham

A pedestrian has reportedly been struck by a vehicle in Hailsham.
Travel news said: “Traffic congestion and partially blocked due to accident, a pedestrian involved on A295 South Road both ways at Cacklebury Close, congestion on inbound to A22.
“Police directing traffic. The road was initially reported as completely blocked but can now pass the scene under police supervision.”
