Man dies after crash near Battle

A man died when the car he was driving crashed into a fence near Battle.
The crash happened on the A21 near Whatlington at 3.55am on Sunday.
The man’s identity has not yet been released.
Anyone who saw what happened is asked to call Sussex Police on 101.
