Barbers and baristas are in perfect harmony in Hove thanks to a new partnership.
Hot Hedz Barbers and Ascent Salon, on Church Road, have opened a classic Italian-style Espresso Bar.
The quality cafe will allow customers to sip an espresso while they wait for a cut – a first in Brighton and Hove.
Elegant street seating will be outside the Art Deco frontage, offering views of Palmeira Square and people-watching on the high street.
Hot Hedz owner and Barber Mick Underwood said: “I wanted to create a venue where customers of the barbers and salon and passersby could relax and chat while enjoying barista made coffee.
“No business can afford to stand still in Hove, so the addition of an Espresso bar will help to take the business forward and add value for all my customers.”
