ENTERPRISE campaign StartUp Britain arrives in Brighton today as part of a national summer bus tour.
New figures released by StartUp Britain for the tour show 2,029 new businesses were formed in Brighton and Hove in the first five months of 2016. This compares with 4,751 new businesses registered throughout 2015.
Now in its fifth year the StartUp Britain tour is powered by NatWest and recruits local entrepreneurs and experts to come on board and give free, impartial advice to anyone wanting to start or grow a business.
Local entrepreneurs and professional business mentors from The Werks Group will be on board, as well as finance advice from NatWest, and a digital skills survey, free domain and £100 discounts from 123 Reg.
The bus will be parked in Ship Street from 10am - 4.30pm today.
