AN Amsterdam-based creative workspace company has opened the doors to its first Brighton hub.

The new 39,000 square feet premises is located in Mocatta House, part of the flagship Trafalgar Place development near to the railway station.

It has been launched by Spaces which has opened several hubs across the country.

The hub offers a range of design-led workspace options including private offices, meeting rooms, and a co-working space.

There is also an on-site café.

UK CEO Richard Morris said: “Mocatta House is another exciting addition to our network in the UK, offering an inspirational working environment in the heart of the south coast’s most creative town.

“The centre has been designed to cater to the varying needs of Brighton’s professionals and provides a range of space for meetings, networking, collaborating with colleagues or quiet writing.”

Spaces is a creative working environment with a unique entrepreneurial ethos.

This announcement is the latest step in Spaces’ UK expansion plans.

The company, which was founded in 2006, already has thriving hubs in Gerrards Cross, Marlow, Glasgow and Liverpool.

It opened its first location in the UK, just off Oxford Street in London, in 2015.

Internationally, the company has a presence in the Netherlands, USA, Australia, Japan, Singapore and Mexico.
