HEATHROW has unveiled more than 200 GREAT campaign images across Terminal 3,

including Brighton attractions.

They display a mix of heritage sites pioneering British businesses and cultural attractions across the UK.

The government’s GREAT Britain Campaign artwork at Heathrow showcases the many benefits of visiting and doing business in the UK.

The images have been curated as part of a joint initiative by GREAT and Heathrow.

More than 12 million passengers will be able to view the pictures which highlight attractions unique to Brighton, such as the Brighton Pavillion.

John Glen MP, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Arts, Heritage and Tourism, unveiled the artwork which is prominently displayed across an estimated £500,000 worth of space in Terminal 3.

These images will also be shared across Heathrow’s social channels, thus extending the reach beyond Terminal 3’s walls and celebrating the beauty of Britain and Northern Ireland.

British Tourist Authority chairman Steve Ridgway said: “Inbound tourism is one of the UK’s most valuable export industries and we want to provide a world-class experience for the millions of visitors who travel here every year, more than 70 per cent of whom travel by air.

“This wonderful showcase of our vibrant cities and countryside, our culture and heritage, promotes a great message of welcome.”
