A NUMBER of new warehouse and light industrial units are up for sale.
Tungsten Park is a speculative industrial new build in Handcross which will provide in excess of 80,000 sq ft of much-needed warehousing and light industrial space to the area.
SHW are marketing the two units, which will be ready in autumn 2018, jointly with Vail Williams.
Unit 1 extends to 43,000 sq ft and is available as a whole unit.
Unit 2 extends to 40,960 sq ft and is available as a whole or in part from 13,000 sq ft upwards.
Handcross is situated just south of Crawley immediately on the A23 and near Hickstead, which allows the site to give great access to the M23, M25 and the coast.
Tim Hardwicke, head of agency for SHW, said: “The intense shortage of industrial stock in the South East has been well documented – Tungsten Park is a very welcome partial solution for large and medium-sized occupiers.”
Businesses looking for a temporary contract are also able to let the units.
The units will be built to institutionally acceptable design.
Their specification will be as follows:
l 8m clear height to underside of haunch
l Unit 1 – 3 Loading doors
l Unit 2 – 4 loading doors
l Ample onsite car parking
l Good loading and HGV circulation
l Landscaped surrounds
l Potential for creating secure yards
l Units divisible from 13,000 sq ft
l Institutional standard steel frame and clad construction
