A BUSINESSWOMAN is playing a leading role in a drive to improve people’s wellbeing.
The founder and chief executive of the health and beauty shop Bare Biology in Brighton has joined a team of specialists who are offering free information and advice.
Melanie Lawson said the positive self-help guide would support people to take a determined but achievable step towards a healthier lifestyle.
Others involved in the online project include
a nutritionist, personal trainer, mindfulness coach and health coach.
Ms Lawson said: “We’ll challenge people to address key areas of their life they want to improve and, with a network of experts on board, we’ll offer professional support to help them along the way.”
