A KITCHEN facelift retailer has appointed long-standing business development manager Andrew Hart as its new franchisee for the Brighton area.

Andrew has worked for Dream Doors since 2007.

He started out as a design consultant for the Gosport-based showroom, progressing to join the management team supporting the brand’s 75 franchisees.

After a successful career as a worker, Andrew decided that he wanted to help clients first hand, becoming the owner of Dream Doors Brighton and Hove.

He said: “I have loved my time at Dream Doors. although I knew it was time to change my role.

“This way I can still be part of the business yet I get to help clients achieve their dream kitchen, it’s the best!

“The service we provide is incredibly versatile.

“We can offer as little or as much as any homeowner could possibly want in their kitchen.

“Plus, I already have years of experience and knowledge of our products.”

Andrew chose the Brighton area as he felt it was unique, being the home of many varying points of interest.

He believes it to be one of the few cities in England still in tune with a sense of community and friendliness.

He said: “I’m excited to be working in the area and to be working with local fitters who I’ve introduced to the business.

“We’ll continue to provide a superb product and a cost-effective service to local people for many years to come.”

Troy Tappenden, MD of Dream Doors and long-time friend of Andy, said: “Although it saddens me that Andy will be leaving his initial role, it also brings me joy that he is still part of the Dream Doors family.”

Dream Doors focuses on replacement kitchen doors and worktops.

The company says this service helps clients achieve a brand new look to their kitchen without the time, hassle and money spent on a full kitchen refit.
