THE team behind the innovative Moba Moses basket saw the brand’s flagship product on national television.

The contemporary Moses basket, which is both designed and made in the UK, was spotted on the Victoria Derbyshire show BBC2 during a feature about Safer Sleep Week.

Broadcast to 100,000 plus viewers, the current affairs and debate programme invited Francine Bates, chief executive of The Lullaby Trust, to talk about the charity’s annual awareness campaign.

During the interview Francine shared expert advice on safer sleep options for children as well as demonstrating the safety aspects of several products on the market, including the revolutionary Moba Moses Basket.

Moba is based in Trinity Trees, Eastbourne.

Francine highlighted its flat and firm base to provide support plus its lightweight material that enables parents to move the Moses basket from room to room, keeping the baby in sight at all times.

The Moba Moses basket has more than 300 air holes around the sides and base, ensuring there is continuous air flow.

Olivia Askaroff, co-founder of Moba, said: “It was fantastic to see the importance of safe sleep being discussed on BBC2’s Victoria Derbyshire and of course, to see our very own Moses basket featured as one of the safest products for babies.

“We were so proud to be involved in #SaferSleepWeek, a campaign that is incredibly important to us.

“Safety has, and will always be, at the forefront of our brand and promoting safer sleep alongside The Lullaby Trust will always be close to our hearts.”

Moba is the only Moses basket with integrated handles designed to be strong and durable for safety.

All baskets are made from materials that are hypo-allergenic, it can also be thoroughly washed.
