THE company named winner of Sussex Super Growth 2018 with a growth rate of 391 per cent has announced a management restructure and recruitment of new senior staff members.

First Central Insurance Management is in Haywards Heath and employs more than 600 staff to provide car insurance cover.

The news comes as the company eyes accelerated UK growth and seeks to capitalise on its rapid success in the insurance market during the last ten years.

Simon Walker, previously chief operating officer, has been named FCG’s chief executive officer.

He will oversee the evolution of the insurance and technology group to drive continued growth.

John Kennedy joins as the group’s chief financial officer bringing with him considerable experience having held senior finance positions at Aviva, RAC and Towergate.

He will be responsible for ensuring the business has the financial resources to deliver against its growth aspirations.

Jonathan Guy who joins from Co-op Insurance Services, has been appointed chief claims officer and will take responsibility for delivering the business’ future digital customer claims strategy.
