Has this car broken down? (Pedals might help, creating the ultimate bikecar combo?). Could they not afford to pay to park it, and decided it was cheaper to leave it on double yellow lines and get a parking ticket instead? Another case perhaps of one law for those who are green in B&H and one for everyone else?

fredflintstone1 we had permission from the local council to park the electric vehicles on the street during the launch event.

Can I suggest that you come along to the Eco Technology Show and learn more about electric vehicles and how it's possible to drive from Bath to Geneva and back (2000 miles) for £50.

I've noticed on at least three occasions electric/hybrid cars left on Double Yellow lines & NOT having a Disabled Badge in town centre for over an hour WITHOUT getting a ticket. Have the Greens been quietly giving dispensation via the Parking Office???
