Horsham Town Hall to become Bill's Restaurant

A disused town hall is set to be turned into a restaurant.

Horsham District Council took the decision last night to allow food producers Bill’s Produce to move into Horsham Old Town Hall.

The council voted for the hall to be handed over to the Lewes-based firm for £60,000 a year for 20 years ahead of other bids from brewers W J King and from Harvey Sands LLP who were offering the site for use by community groups.

Another community facility lost in Horsham. What a dreadful place it has become - sold it's soul to the money men.
