There is just one week to go before a group of riders take part in a 140mile bike ride to raise money for The Argus Appeal.
The team of 20 cyclists, including Argus editor Michael Beard, will be setting off from Brighton to Paris next Wednesday.
Argus columnist Adam Trimingham,68, is also taking part.
It will be an extra challenge for Adam, who has early Parkinson's Disease, but as an experienced cyclist he is confident of finishing.
