FAMILY photographs and personalised iPads were stolen from a house.

A photo of the burglary victims’ grandmother, who had recently died, was among the pictures stored on some of the electric devices stolen.

The home in Tudor Close, Hangleton, was broken into last Thursday (February 12) evening.

Among the items taken was a personalised iPad 2 in black with Wi-Fi 32GB in a brown case, engraved with: "For the two most amazing women in my life: Raminder and Jasneev 2011".

Also taken was an iPad Wi-Fi 32GB Silver-GBR in a red case, engraved with the words: "You light up our lives so much Jasneev, you are special: Nov 2013 ".

The other items stolen were a Hewlett Packard Elite book 840 laptop in black, a Western digital hard drive, several USB sticks, a Samsung Galaxy note tablet with a detachable keyboard in a black-and-red case, a Fuji digital SLR camera in a black case, and an Apple Macbook Pro silver in colour.

Detective Constable Vanessa Sheehan, of the Brighton and Hove Priority Crime Team, appealed for anyone who saw anything suspicious or had been offered items for sale to get in touch.
