Women are being warned to be on their guard following two cases of a man indecently exposing himself.

The incidents both happened in Seaford and involved women in their 20s.

The first was at a bus stop on the A259 opposite Chyngton Gardens on August 13 at about 4.50pm.

The second was near another bus stop opposite the Sutton Corner service station on September 27 at 9pm.

The man is said to be white, in his twenties and an average, medium build.

In the first incident he was wearing grey jogging bottoms and a bright orange coloured long sleeved top.

In the second he was wearing a grey hoodie and black jeans.

Sergeant Stuart Mullins said: "The woman were both unhurt but very upset by what happened.

“At this time the two matters are being linked and anyone with any information or suspicions as to the identity of the man is asked to contact us.

"If you do see any men acting suspiciously, especially around women who are on their own, don't approach them but call police on 999."

Anyone able to help can call police on 101 or email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk, quoting 1156 of August 13 or 1389 of September 27.
