A MAN has been fined £60 for scrawling racist graffiti on a pub.
Sean McGrath, 49, of Freehold Terrace, Brighton, caused racially aggravated harassment by displaying offensive words on the King and Queen pub in Marlborough Place, Brighton, in February.
McGrath admitted the offence at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on April 18 and failing to comply with his supervision requirements following a term in prison.
He was fined £60 and ordered to pay £70 court costs.
