A woman was seriously injured when a car crashed into a launderette.
A silver Jaguar X-Type driven by an 81-year-old woman lost control and overshot the junction into Sackville Road in Bexhill at 5pm on June 10.
It hit two other cars and a bicycle before crashing into the laundrette.
The 56-year-old victim, a woman from the town, suffered serious arm injuries and back injuries and was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital for treatment. She underwent surgery on Saturday.
The 81-year-old driver was treated for minor injuries.
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or call 101 quoting serial 1204 of June 10.
