A MAN is being hunted by police after pinching the bottom of a 14-year-old girl.

The teenager was walking home on Black Path, which leads from the Town Farm estate to Vicarage Road, in Hailsham, when she overtook a man going in the same direction as her.

As she went past him, he grabbed her bottom. She ran off.

The incident happened at around 10pm on July 24.

Sussex Police investigator Chris Wild said: "The teenager was shaken but unhurt. She has described the man as in his 40s, approximately 5' 8" with dark brown hair which was thinning.

"He was wearing wearing dark jeans and a black polo shirt with white hoops on the front and had a white dog.

"We have checked CCTV in the area and have found a man we would like to speak to about the incident. Do you recognise him?"
