Two people have died after a car crashed into a tree last night.
The fatal collision in London Road, Arundel, took place at 8.30pm on Thursday.
A Honda Civic left the A284 and collided with a tree.
The driver, a 21-year-old man from Storrington and his passenger, a 20-year-old woman from Billingshurst, both died at the scene.
A284 between Arundel and Whiteways roundabout closed for some time due to a serious collision. Please stay away.

The road was temporarily closed for four hours while police investigated and the vehicle was recovered.
Inspector Stewart Goodwin of Sussex Police said: "We are appealing to anyone who was in the area and who saw what happened to get in touch."
