Pelham allegedly posted items to stir up religious hatred on Facebook
AN UNEMPLOYED man will face court after being charged with allegedly making offensive posts on Facebook.
Nigel Pelham, of Freehold Street, Shoreham, will face prosecution over eight offences of publishing threatening written material intending to stir up religious hatred
The items were posted on the social network between February 24, 2015 and November 16, 2015.
The 40-year-old was arrested nine days after reports were made to Sussex Police on March 21, 2016.
He is due to appear at Worthing Magistrates’ Court this morning. (Tuesday February 7).
