A22 Beeching Way, East Grinstead
A MOTORCYCLIST has died during a collision with two cars.
At 5.50pm yesterday police were called to a collision involving a motorcycle and two cars on the A22 Beeching Way, East Grinstead.
The 24-year-old man from Croydon, who was riding a blue Suzuki east on the road, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The occupants of the other vehicles – a black Renault Clio and a green Toyota Yaris – were uninjured.
The road was closed until about 12.40am while specialist officers investigated the scene.
Anyone who witnessed the crash or who saw a blue motorcycle and a red motorcycle in the area shortly beforehand is asked to email collision.appeal@sussex.pnn.police.uk or phone 101, quoting Operation Carnforth.
