A FORMER Britain’s Got Talent contestant assaulted a man after performing a strip dance for him, a court heard.

Kerri Graham, who notoriously lap danced for Simon Cowell during her performance in the 2013 series of the TV show, was hired as a kissogram by Rakesh Pathak for a stag party in Brighton.

It is alleged Graham, of Grifon Road in Thurrock, Essex, punched her client and wasted police time when she reported that she was assaulted and sexually assaulted by him.

When she arrived at Walkabout nightclub in West Street, Brighton, on the night of March 4, staff said 48-year-old Graham was not allowed to perform a strip dance inside, Brighton Magistrates’ Court heard.

Mr Pathak then asked staff at Pryzm, opposite Walkabout, if she could perform in there but was again rejected by the club.

He told the court he had wanted “someone larger” in stature than Graham to embarrass his brother-in-law, who was the stag.

Appearing behind a screen while giving evidence, he told Brighton Magistrates’ Court he paid more than £200 for Graham’s services and when he went back to Walkabout she was gone.

He claims to have received a phone call from Graham, who told him to take his brother-in-law to her car so she could “perform her act” in it – but Mr Pathak said it was “totally impossible” as the stag was “handcuffed to a dwarf”.

The court heard Graham pleaded with her client: “Please don’t get your money back from the stag do company. I will perform an act for you.”

Mr Pathak was then directed to Graham’s car in Russell Place, Brighton, shortly after 10pm.

When he got to her car, he asked: “What does £60 get me?”, to which Graham replied: “I don’t have an itinerary of what £60 gets you,” adding that she would perform a sex act on him.

She also stripped for Mr Pathak at this point, the court heard.

Two security guards from G4S, who patrol the area for Churchill Square, then approached Graham’s black Hyundai and flashed torches after growing suspicious from CCTV footage.

Mr Pathak said Graham’s “breasts were out” when the guards were there, and told magistrates: “I was quite taken aback at how relaxed Kerri was at this stage, being comfortable with being in that situation.”

He said the four engaged in “banter” and that Graham was “jiggling her breasts” as security guard Rhys Bloy said: “My partner’s are bigger.”

Mr Bloy said in evidence he told the pair to leave.

Graham then drove, in just a bra, to St Margaret’s Place with Mr Pathak, who said he told Graham he had to urinate when they arrived.

When he returned to the car Graham was clothed and he said the mood changed.

“She said ‘we are done’ then I said ‘fine, can I have my £60 back please?” Mr Pathak said.

Graham refused, the prosecution says, to the anger of Mr Pathak, who rummaged through the bags in the back of Graham’s car to find his money.

While he was doing so, he claims Graham said: “I’ll tell them you raped me.”

Mr Pathak took one of Graham’s handbags as a “bargain” to try and get his money back and ran away from her.

He also pulled off the rear windscreen wiper of her car in his rage.

When the two were finally close, it is alleged Graham struck Mr Pathak on the forehead while holding her phone.

The court was shown a picture of a cut on his head.

Graham made a 999 call, which was played to the court, in which she says she is “being attacked”.

Mr Pathak can be heard saying “no you’re ******* not”.

He left, but was later arrested at Vodka Revolution in West Street for assault, sexual assault and criminal damage.

Mr Pathak admitted the criminal damage and paid a fixed penalty notice, and received no further action for the other offences.

The trial continues.
