The Crown Prosecution Service said it has dropped all charges in connection with a grevious bodily harm incident.
Phoebe Bactor had been due to face a jury trial after being accused of malicious wounding. She had previously appeared at Brighton Magistrates' Court.
But now Ms Bactor, 26, of Goldsmid Road, Hove will not face any further charges.
CPS spokesman Cheryl Pendry said: “The CPS keeps all cases under regular review and following a review of the case, it was decided there was no longer a realistic prospect of conviction. The prosecution therefore offered no evidence.”
