Gareth Morgan, 39, of Wells Crescent, Bognor, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Wells Crescent, Bognor. Ordered to do 80 hours unpaid work and pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Jason Anthony Slaughter, 26, of Collyer Avenue, Bognor, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis in Hawthorn Road, Bognor. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

Wayne Lewis Fitzpatrick, 30, of Bulbeck Way, Felpham, pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. Discharged conditionally for six months, ordered to pay £40 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

David Summerville, 43, of Swandene, Bognor, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a traffic sign. Fined £350, £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Hayley Ann Snelling, 31, of The Esplanade, Bognor, pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of Jack Daniels, Smirnoff Vodka, apple pies and milk, worth £54.37, from Morrison, failing to answer bail, and committing a further offence while under a condition discharge for shoplifting. Fined £50 plus £20 victim surcharge.

Saulius Starzinskas, 24, of the Marina, Clarence Road, Bognor, admitted drink-driving in Gloucester Road, Bognor. He also admitted driving without a licence or insurance. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £60. He was also banned from driving for 27 months.

Radoslaw Waydyk, 33, of The Esplanade, Bognor, admitted stealing a £350 iPhone from Langmead Farm Ltd. He also admitted stealing a pair of prescription sunglasses and various tools to the value of £50. He was given an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a total compensation of £1,050 and a £15 surcharge.

Kestutis Kaminskas, 58, of Warblers Way, Bognor, admitted having a false Lithuanian driving licence. He was fined £270 and ordered to pay a £27 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
