Daniel Thomas Clarke, 30, of Garland Square, Chichester, pleaded guilty to damaging a white Citroen, worth £1,000. Ordered to have six months of drug dependency treatment and be supervised for nine months. Also ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Graham Anthony Troup, 38, of Shore Road, Brackesham Bay, Chichester, pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of wine worth £9.99 from Tesco. He admitted committing the offence while under an 18-month conditional discharge for two counts of racially or religiously aggravated distress. Ordered to pay £9.99 compensation and £85 costs.

William Walton, 59, of Vinnetrow Road, Runcton, Chichester, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention. Fined £100 plus a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Neville Louis McNair, 48, of East Street, Chichester, was convicted of trying to steal unknown items from Selsey Venture Club, stealing a BT jacket and sat-nav, two counts of trying to steal from BT and trying to steal another sat-nav. Admitted breaching a conditional discharge. Jailed for 18 weeks suspended for two years, ordered to pay £2,260 compensation.

Jordan Andrew Kennett, 34, of Hedge End, Barnham, pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour. Fined £80 plus a £20 victim surcharge.
