Profile:

Mohammed has a strong record in contesting Parliamentary seats in Bradford.

He fought Bradford North in 1992, taking the Conservative vote from 6,000 to nearly 16,000. In 1997 he stood in Bradford West and reduced Labour’s majority of just under 10,000 to just over 3,000.

He is the managing director of a healthcare company specialising in care of the elderly.

He also works with several charities to raise funds for schools, an eye hospital, orphanage and the Umeed Welfare Trust Hospital.
