A show which tells the story of Texas born folk musician Woody Guthrie has won the latest Argus Angel.
The cast of Woody Sez was presented with the Angel after being nominated by Three Weeks reviewer Joel Gunter and judged by The Argus' features editor Jakki Phillips.
Mr Gunter said: "The show has all the storytelling emphasis of traditional folk with vibrant, passionate music to boot."
Woody Sez is at the Brighton Unitarian Church, in New Road, tomorrow at 7.20pm.
Tickets cost £8.50 with £7 concessions.
See The Argus tomorrow page 25 for a review of the show.
