Dutch experts are travelling to Sussex to try and prevent flooding.

They will examine ways of stopping the sea overrunning the Manhood Peninsula, south of Chichester.

The area has been badly affected by flooding in recent months and various methods of stopping it happening again are being considered, including building an off-shore reef.

The Dutch experts will be at a workshop at Earnley Concourse, near Chichester, from June 22 to 24.
