DINERS can try food from one of the country’s most promising young chefs at half the usual price.
Matt Gillan’s Pike and Pine restaurant in Redroaster in St James’s Street, Brighton, is holding a dry run of its menu on Tuesday between 7pm and 10.30pm.
The Great British Menu star’s six-course tasting menu starts from £55. There is 50 per cent off the price of all food.
The restaurant will open to the public the following day with bookings available at pikeandpine.co.uk.
